New Experience Hot Hold Counter

Hot Hold Counters: The New Experience Range

26/05/2022Guy ParkerInformation, News

As the world returns to (a new) normal after the distress and disruption of the COVID19 pandemic, it is fantastic to see everyone and everywhere busy and bustling once again. With both business and social lives booming, when it comes to eating on-the-go convenience is king. When searching for a chilled, ambient or hot hold counters, the choice can be overwhelming. The Counterline New Experience range is a great way to offer ‘grab and go’ solutions to your customers.

Increasing Demand

With the return to the office and increased travel, the high street and other food retail outlets are seeing an increased demand for hot food to-go, with customers looking for more variety than ever before. In our culturally evolving world, a simple sandwich at lunchtime will no longer suffice. From the office dweller to the construction worker, we are all looking for more food choices, but not at the cost of convenience. Many food retailers have already started expanding their offerings to meet these demands across both hot and cold choices. Experiencing a similar demand on your food service establishment? Cue the New Experience iDesign hot hold counter.

New Experience iDesign Hot Hold Counter

This new and exclusive range of aesthetically-pleasing, free-standing food merchandisers enables all types of food outlets to present heated and chilled foods in matching displays to offer a complete meal selection for convenient eating on-the-go.

The New Experience iDesign is our newest fan-assisted, heated, self-help display that maintains pre-heated cooked food at an optimum regulated temperature. This unit offers four fully illuminated levels of display with energy efficient LED lighting from a 13-amp supply, helping to maximise product merchandising and minimise running costs. Each variation of this display unit also features a product-flattering canopy lighting system.

The Shelves

Each shelf section can be controlled individually by the central control panel which is conveniently located in the drop-down fascia section. The hinged fascia panel opens forward to allow easy access to the controls. There are also variable display controls located inside the base of the unit which are only accessible by a service engineer should you require any additional assistance with your unit after purchase. The service access panel also hosts the central display lead exit position. This is at the rear of the display unit.

As each shelf comes with a brightly polished, stainless-steel removable cover so the New Experience heated display is perfect for hot rolls, pies, pasties, and chicken portions thanks to its easy cleaning and 5mm Perspex heat guards that also act as a product stop. The design also includes a stainless-steel ticket strip holder mounted onto the front at all four shelf levels.

The Variations

As with the entire New Experience range, this unit is available in a variety of sizes, see below:
