The Counterline Process

Your own dedicated contract manager will work closely with you to provide regular updates on the development of your design.

Design development is an important part of the process and we’ll provide detailed manufacturing drawings. Once an order is placed, you’ll have your own contract manager to look after your project from start to finish, giving you a clear programme of works together with an achievable timeline.

Your products will be made in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and all our counters are fully inspected and tested to ensure they meet client’s specific requirements. Once ready, the units are broken down into smaller, manageable sections and packaged for safe transportation wherever you may be. They will then be fitted and installed by the same workshop team.

We want to know that your new counters will work with your specific business, aesthetically and functionally. So we’ll discuss colour and texture possibilities with you as well as size options to ensure the installation is safe, efficient and always lives up to the Counterline standard.

It’s safe to say that nearly all front counters will require a trayslide and we’ve options to suit from extended tops to trays requiring separate assembly and fixed to the front of the counter. An extended top will help to increase the counter top width from 760mm to 1050mm and can come with stainless steel wear strips or raised stainless steel buttons.

Almost all units in the idesign range can be bespoke tailored for you. Fluorescent lighting concealed behind a polished stainless steel pelmet can be included to light fascia panels, which also come in a wide-range of options.

Once you’re set up with your new Counterline unit, we want you to know we’re just a call away.

When your unique design is complete, we’ll transport and install it before completing some final quality control checks.

Our product will be with you for a long time so we’ll also give you a full operation and maintenance manual. But in the unlikely event of a breakdown our team of service engineers are just a phone call away. Our counters and components are also fully covered with a 1 year parts and labour guarantee as standard.
