Choosing the right display unit for your business

30/03/2023Guy ParkerNews

Over the last few years, the landscape for food retail has vastly changed. With food trends trickling down into commercial and high street brands faster than ever before, it can be hard to keep up at times. It can feel like your food retail offering is ever expanding, so it is essential that you are choosing the right equipment for optimum storage and display of it.

Our years of experience in designing and manufacturing display units has enabled us to develop the very best in both technology and design for a wide range of chilled, ambient, and heated units. After countless projects both big and small, we know what it takes to really meet the needs of our customers and provide them with a product that exceeds all expectations. We pride ourselves not only on our wide range of food display counter options, but our expert advice on which is best for your establishment.

There are many things to consider when choosing the right food display unit for your establishment, let’s look at what Counterline has to offer.

The Manhattan Range

The Manhattan range of drop-in displays live up to their name with uncompromising art deco inspired rectilinear design elements, the stunning displays mirror the famous Manhattan skyline.

The combination of satin and brightly polished stainless steel with the finely polished edges of bonded 10mm flat glass give the unit a timeless, elegant look. The Manhattan range appeals to customers and clients by offering a more contemporary and minimalist appearance.

The Integrale Range

Over the years the efficiency of the Integrale range has been developed and enhanced, whilst keeping its traditional visual look. Part of the iDesign range, Integrale is sure to catch the eye of today’s interior designer, as the specification ensures that the range offers exceptional value for money.

The Integrale displays feature satin and brightly polished stainless steel with multi-layered chromium plating and curved toughened glass. If you’re looking for a reliable and stylish display, which offers excellent value for money then Integrale is the perfect solution.

The iMobile Range

Counterline’s iMobile range offers stylish and robust mobile displays designed to give you complete freedom and control.

These units can be combined to form a continuous and elegant display or even to create a unique layout. This range offers a selection of three distinctively styled drop-in display units from iDesign; Integrale and Manhattan. Drop-in displays are available as traditional bain maries, ceramic glass hotplates, wells, decks, deli’s and multi-decks. An extensive range of additions can be added to the basic units allowing you to customise your installation.

The New Experience Range

If you have a grab-and-go offering, the New Experience range is for you.

This exclusive range of attractively styled free-standing food merchandisers enables you to present heated and chilled food in matching displays to offer a complete meal selection. The new experience iDesign range offers four levels of display which help maximise product merchandising in a variety of widths and are available in neutral or branded finishes.

With energy efficient heating elements and LED lighting, combined with a 13 amp supply for most units, running costs are kept to a minimum.

The Countertops Range

Our Countertops provide you with an important place in the market with versatility being key.

Choices include heated, chilled, ambient, square glass and curved glass, with options of assisted serve or self-serve. countertops will help give you all you need to maximise sales in a competitive industry.

Our heated bain marie and ceramic glass hotplates offer the industry a stylish look that your front of house deserves. Gastronorm compatible and easy to move makes these ideal for Schools, Hotels, Universities and much more.

The Vision Aire Range

Looking to catch the customers’ eye? Set your sights on the Vision Aire Range.

Vision Aire offers a revolutionary range of free-standing, drop-in and countertop food displays. All Vision Aire units follow the same attractive profile, which means that any mix of heated, chilled and ambient units can be combined together to form a continuous counter run.

Vision Aire displays are designed to either stand alone with decorative fascia finishes, be dropped into a counter, be placed on a countertop, or be positioned behind a shop-fitted fascia.

Vision Aire lets you present most food or drink perfectly while maintaining the correct temperature. Combine this with low running costs and it is ideal for hotels, restaurants, high street cafés, coffee shops and convenience stores.

The iCapacity Range

The iCapacity range of free-standing merchandisers are specifically designed to support high volume food and drink outlets with professional display and operation capabilities.

The convenience industry grows ever more competitive each day, so retailers need something special to stand out. With Counterline’s merchandisers our elegant and modern design features are sure to attract customers and make your food and drink offers the choice for them today and tomorrow.

Designed with the latest refrigeration and fan assisted heat technologies, they are manufactured from the highest quality BS standard Stainless Steel and Toughened Glass. These displays are designed to provide a co-ordinated and seamless appeal for both Hot & Cold displays but are just as impressive as stand-alone individual units.

Choose the best unit for your display with Counterline

Every foodservice establishment is different in both shape and size, so it is essential that you fully evaluate your space before going to make a purchase. The temptation for larger food retail outlets is to cram the space full of counters and have as much product on display at one time as physically possible; however this often has an adverse effect. The layout and flow of your display is just as important as the product on offer, our Counterline display units come in a range of styles and sizes to meet every customer’s bespoke needs. If you need some assistance with filling your space attractively, chat to our friendly team to see how we can bring your visions to life.

We have a great selection of display units which can be customised to fit your brand. For more information, speak to the team today by calling 0151 548 2211 or emailing us at enquiries@counterline.co.uk.
