Why you should invest in your bakery display units.

30/03/2023Guy ParkerNews

It is true when they say that you eat with your eyes first, so it is essential to create an appealing display for your food offering with the right bakery display units.

Whether you are a local independent bakery, or a larger scale commercial catering establishment, the way you present your food offering to the customers is just as important as how it tastes. The first thing you need to look at is the bakery display units themselves.

Making an investment in your bakery display units has several advantages:

  • Improves overall store aesthetic
  • Improves product visibility
  • Increased reliability
  • Saves money in the long run

Counterline is proud to offer a wide range of bakery display units to suit any and every commercial bakery environment. Let’s take a closer look into why you may want to consider upgrading your current bakery display units to a Counterline version.

Improving overall store aesthetic

Whilst the right bakery display unit can help improve the way you present your products; it can also help to improve the overall look and feel of your store. Our recent project for St Agnes Bakery is the perfect example of this. The new design maximises the space with inventive shelving designs and stylish Counterline Vision Aire display counters. In order to accommodate their plentiful offering whilst creating a stylish space, we installed both Vision Aire chilled and Vision Aire ambient display units.

The Vision Aire range is ideal for many store environments with its enclosed, assisted-service refrigerated display that maintains pre-chilled food & drink at a regulated temperature; ideal for sandwiches, salad, pasta, dairy products, cream cakes, bottled, canned or carton drinks.

Improving product visibility

There is nothing worse than entering a food retail establishment and seeing their product piled on top of each other – it looks unprofessional and unappealing. Investing in a quality bakery display unit will allow you to present your offering clearly, attracting more customers.

The Counterline Vision Aire range offers a collection of free-standing, drop-in and countertop food displays. All Vision Aire units follow the same attractive profile, so that any mix of heated, chilled and ambient units can be combined together to form a continuous counter run. This means you can say goodbye to cramming products into one display unit, and spread them out to create a clearer and more attractive display.

Vision Aire displays are designed to either stand alone with decorative fascia finishes, be dropped into a counter, be placed on a countertop, or be positioned behind a shop-fitted fascia.

Increased reliability

Choosing a trusted bakery display unit may seem like an obvious one, but have you really considered the benefits of choosing a reliable display (or the problems that could occur if you don’t!). A reliable display unit provides peace of mind, if you are running a large or small catering establishment, worrying about your equipment is the last thing you want. Each Counterline display unit comes with a 2-year warranty, so you can focus on more important things.

Saving money in the long run

Increased reliability and saving money tend to go hand in hand. Choosing a reliable bakery display unit decreases the risks of unexpected breakdowns and issues, which can be costly to repair. Not only that, but the risk of reduced sales during the downtime required for the repair can have a huge impact on your business. Choose reliability, choose Counterline.
