A project we are proud of: the New Royal Liverpool University Hospital Skyline Restaurant.
As a Liverpool-based business, Counterline were delighted to support Chiltern Project Management on their project with ISS Healthcare at the New Royal Liverpool University Hospital Skyline Restaurant.
The brief was to design and build a 140-seat foot retail outlet spanning the entire 10th floor of the newly-built hospital. Whilst the space was extensive, there were many demands that it must meet to serve the core population of over 630,000 people across Merseyside that The Royal Liverpool University Hospital cares for each year. The space had to accommodate a cosy coffee shop, a large restaurant and a sourced deli counter area. In addition to this, a Go-Global International Food Counter and a traditional hot food offering for breakfast and lunch options was also required.
Working with such a large space that had so many demands put upon it allowed us to work closely with CPM-WT from the very beginning. From inception to completion, Counterline were actively involved at every stage of the development process to ensure the counter layout could provide the best experience for each and every customer, but also that it was optimised to create the best practical working environment for the staff.
“Counterline provided equipment for each area of the business which has worked faultlessly from the opening day. CPM-WT have worked on numerous projects with Counterline over the last Ten years and we have found them to be proactive in their approach to the supply of high-quality equipment and we have recommended them to a number of Hospital Trusts in that time.”
The New Royal Liverpool University Hospital Royal plays a significant role in improving Liverpool’s physical, social, and economic health – all causes very close to our hearts at Counterline.
