It was our pleasure to support the Cross Group on this project for the Donnybrook Fair flagship store in Dundrum Town Centre.
Donnybrook Fair stores are iconic across Ireland, with 6 locations throughout Dublin.
Their new flagship store in Dundrum Town Centre is a sensory playground for anyone who is passionate about food and drink. The store offers the very best in fresh food and gourmet ingredients, chef-created meals, exquisite wines, cheese, coffee and more! Donnybrook Fair also offers their own range of traditional pasta, pestos, pasta sauces, olive oil, preserves and coffee.
The Dundrum flagship store also has a stylish eatery, Loft, offering locally sourced food and an extensive drinks selection for brunch, lunch and dinner.
It was our pleasure to support the Cross Group on this project. Counterline supplied a customised, black finish Vision Aire Chilled display unit to be placed in their flagship store.
This unit is ideal for sandwiches, filled rolls, dairy products, drinks and much more. The Vision Aire comes as an open fronted, self-help display unit or can be manufactured as an enclosed assisted service option depending on your specific requirements. Both the open-fronted and enclosed specifications come with adjustable low level feet that allow the unit height to be reduced to 1400mm, along with three glass shelves complete with LED illumination at all levels to elevate your food and beverage presentation. Through the use of an integral fan blown refrigeration system, the open-fronted version is able to maintain food at a regulated temperature as effectively as the enclosed unit. Styles may vary, results never will.
