Holywell Hospital is an acute admission, dementia assessment, intensive care, continuing care and rehabilitation hospital.
The restaurant refurbishment included a new servery counter and supporting merchandising equipment within the main building. The new servery equipment installed during the Covid Pandemic was to consider the current difficulties faces by food service operators but to be future proof in anticipation of the eventual lifting of all social distancing restrictions.

The glass fronts of the food displays will remain in the closed position, supporting an assisted service offer which meetings the current hospital guidelines. Once restrictions lift the glass can simply be retracted allowing the counter to function as serve through with the option for self service ”
The new servery is a massive upgrade to the previous set up and with the addition of the new Counterline retractable glass Bain Marie’s this will bring the option of self service and assisted service to the customers.
To finish, an island station which provides a grab and go food offer Counterline Vision display range was included.
