It was our pleasure to work with Noel McIntyre c.f.s.p. of Brodericks to supply artisan café company, Synge & Byrne, with food display equipment for their new café project at the National Museum of Ireland.
Noel was engaged by the client to upgrade the existing deli and soft bakes offer with a more streamlined look to present a more current and visually appealing aesthetic in the eatery.
Synge & Byrne are a family run business with many sites across Ireland. As a brand they celebrate both diversity and tradition and are working towards a goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2030. Since their opening in 2014 they have exclusively used compostable and recyclable packaging.
For their project with the National Museum of Ireland, we supplied our Manhattan Chilled Deli units. These units are designed for assisted service with a gentle flow of convected air to maintain any pre-chilled foods at a safely regulated temperature.
For this project, we manufactured several bespoke Manhattan Chilled Deli units with custom-designed sliding rear doors and an extended preparation shelf measuring 300mm deep. By also including fully removable chopping boards, these food display units are both time and space efficient.
This particular chilled unit also features a centre shelf for the display of ambient food products such as cakes and baked goods. The angle of the display deck can be easily adjusted for enhanced presentation of your product offering.
