The Food To Go provision of Scotmid co-operative, known as “The Kitchen”, offers quality, wholesome fresh food at good prices and the varied range includes healthy options such as porridge, salad pots and lighter sandwiches through to hot meals and pizzas.
Customers can pick up ‘grab and go’ freshly made sandwiches as well as the option of ‘made to order’.
Following extensive customer research on provisions that could be offered in store, the overwhelming feedback received requested a range of food offerings available from breakfast through to evening meals.
The product range offers daily specials to keep the range interesting for customers and will evolve with the seasonality of the products.
The award-winning store at Ratho Station is one of approximately 150 SCOTMID co-operative stores with Counterline equipment proudly supporting them.
The Kitchen at Scotmid includes Counterlines Vision Aire range of matching heated chilled and ambient display cabinets with the popular easy lift front option and stylish dual-purpose heated display cases.
