5 Reasons to Choose iDesign New Experience

27/10/2020Guy ParkerNews

As market leaders in the design and manufacture of custom counters and displays, it goes without
saying that you can trust our products and expertise to deliver when you need it. Today, we wanted to
highlight one particular product range that we not only love ourselves, but which has the ability to
transform your customer offerings and provide a service like no other.

The idesign new experience range of display units from Counterline is a great way to offer ‘grab and go’
solutions to your customers. They come with a range of benefits, and thanks to our expert designers, we
can customise your units how you see fit. To give you a better idea of what you can expect with this
range, we’ve put together a list of five reasons why you should choose the idesign new experience range
and how it can help you to showcase your food offerings to customers in your establishment.

1. A wide range of customisable options

We’re well aware that a ‘one size fits all’ approach doesn’t apply to certain products, and your display
units may need that little bit of customisation to help them fit in. It’s good to know that all stand-alone
units in our idesign range can be ordered customised with specific branding, colours and lighting if
needed. If you have any specific requirements, just get in touch with us and we can chat about what you
need.

2. Heated or chilled options

Our exclusive range of free-standing display units enables you to present heated and chilled food in
matching displays to offer a complete meal selection. This can bring customers with varying needs into
your establishment over another and enable you to increase your food offerings. Our heated options
maintain pre-heated cooked food at a regulated temperature, where our chilled options maintain
pre-chilled food at a regulated temperature.

3. Save space and energy

Convenience food offers on hot, cold and ambient products can now all be displayed together. This can
save on floor space and energy usage, which in turn will save you money. Displays need to be perfect for
the space you have, and whether you choose heated, chilled or ambient new experience displays, there
are different sizes to suit your space. Take a look through these pages on our website for specific
dimensions as well as product weight and wattage.

4. Maximise product merchandising

One of the best features of the idesign range is the four level display which enables you to really
showcase your products in an attractive way, whilst also making it easier for customers to make their
choice. These levels of display are available in a variety of widths, and also in neutral or branded finishes.
Our customisable options enable you to create the exact product you need for your requirements.

5. Easy to use controls

We know how important it is for a product to do its job and to do its job well, but it also must be easy to
use when needed. The new experience range has separate controls for each shelf, so you can alter the
temperature of each, holding food and drink at the right temperature, and maintaining the quality of
each stocked product. Controls are located in the drop down fascia, hidden from customers yet easily
accessible when needed.

Choose idesign new experience and never look back
With an unrivalled reputation for providing quality products for each project, we remain focused on
quality, innovation, dedication, service and value. The idesign new experience range is just one of many,
where we’ve taken into account the problems grab and go providers face, and created the ultimate
solution to make a difference.

If you have any questions about our idesign experience range or if you’d like to find out more about
what we offer here at Counterline, browse our website or get in touch with us today:
